Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details.
Please review your information (size, color, address) carefully before confirming your order — changes after confirmation may not be possible.
B. Order Processing Time
All confirmed orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.
Customized or pre-order items may take longer — estimated delivery time will be mentioned on the product page.
C. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across India (and internationally if applicable).
Delivery times depend on your location — typically 3–7 business days within India.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
A. Eligibility for Return
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags & packaging.
For hygiene reasons, innerwear, accessories, and customized items are not eligible for return or exchange.
B. Return Process

Once approved, we’ll share the return pickup or shipping instructions.
Refund or replacement will be initiated after the product passes quality check.
C. Refunds

Shipping or COD charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or damaged.
D. Damaged / Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo or video — we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
3. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them if they have not been shipped.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
